so this year will all be over soon...so anxious for 2008. don't ask me why...i am ready though. 2007, what can i say? you were good to me in a tough love kind of way. this year i wanted to stop drinking, reintroduce myself to me, and work on becoming a healthier person physically and mentally. i'm actually proud of myself. i feel like i've made progress in all areas.

at first i came up with these "resolutions" because i was super bitter when this year started. i was just starting to cut ties with a situation that was just bad for me. that situation caused me to second guess myself and put myself down. i felt defeated when this year started. nothing seemed to be starting out right and i didn't know how to fix it all. so why not purge and try to remind myself of just how awesome of a woman/human i was. 2007...thank you. i needed the tough love and ackward situatuions you presented me with to get my strength back. this year was special to me and i'm sure that 2008 will provide me with even more challenges.

so let's pop the champagne and celebrate a completion of another chapter. take care all and have a happy one.
